Hotel Nia – 200 Independence, Dr. Menlo ParkA 241,251 square foot 11-story 250 room hotel with corporate meeting rooms, a full restaurant, bar and event space.

7 Story Parking Garage - 105 Constitution, Dr. Menlo Park A 240,700 square foot 7 story open parking garage.

8 Story Office Building 125 Constitution, Dr. Menlo Park A 247, 530 square foot Type I office building, including core, shell and tenant improvements.

Parking Garage - 135 Constitution, Dr. Menlo Park A 240,700 square foot 7 story open parking garage.

8 Story Office Building 135 Constitution, Dr. Menlo Park Construction of a new eight story. 247, 522 square foot Type I office building, including core, shell and tenant improvements.


Mixed Use Projects

Station 1300 - 1300 El Camino Real, Menlo Park The redevelopment of a 6.4-acre site at 1300 El Camino Real (El Camino Real and Oak Grove Avenue) that includes:

  • A 383,438 square foot two story below grade parking garage,
  • Two 11,460 square foot three story office buildings built on top of the parking garage podium, and
  • A 202,000 square foot 183 residential dwelling units built on top of the parking garage podium.

Middle Plaza 200-600 El Camino Real, Menlo Park A redevelopment of an 8.4-acre site, including:

  • A 234,177 square foot two story below grade parking,
  • One mixed-use office building with approximately 10,286 square feet of retail/restaurant,
  • Two office buildings 142,840 square feet of non-medical office uses, and
  • A 276,613 square foot four building 215 unit residential.

Multi-Family Residential Projects
